Traditional & infrared saunas · Bountiful, Utah

The main difference is how they deliver heat. A traditional sauna uses a heater and sauna stones to warm the room, creating the familiar hot-air sauna experience. On compatible heaters, you can add water to the stones for a burst of steam. An infrared sauna uses heating panels to deliver radiant heat directly to your body, typically at a lower room temperature. It offers a different heat experience without water or a stone heater. The best choice depends on the kind of warmth you enjoy—we can help you compare both.

Yes—we offer options for both settings. An indoor sauna puts a relaxing retreat just steps away and can be a great addition to a spare room, home gym, or other suitable space. An outdoor sauna creates a separate destination in your backyard, near a patio, garden, or hot tub.The important part is choosing a model designed for its location. We’ll help you review the dimensions, required clearances, electrical needs, and floor or base so you can plan your space with confidence.

Start with how many people will use it at the same time and how you like to relax. A compact sauna can be ideal for quiet time on your own, while a larger model gives you room to enjoy it together. If you want to stretch out, bench length and layout matter just as much as the listed seating capacity. You’ll also want to consider the sauna’s outside dimensions, ceiling height, door opening, and required clearances. Bring us your measurements or photos of the space, and we can help you compare models that fit comfortably.

Your sauna needs a suitable, level location and the correct electrical supply for the model you choose. Some infrared models use a dedicated household outlet, while others—and many traditional sauna heaters—require a dedicated circuit installed by a licensed electrician. Always confirm the exact requirements before arranging electrical work. We’ll also review delivery access and whether the sauna arrives assembled or requires assembly on site. We can walk you through the preparation, delivery, and setup details before you purchase so you know what to expect.

Routine sauna care is straightforward. Use a towel on the bench to help protect the wood from perspiration, wipe up moisture after use, and clean the seating and floor as directed by the manufacturer. Avoid harsh chemicals or applying finishes to interior wood unless specifically approved.Traditional sauna owners should also inspect the heater stones and replace or rearrange them according to the heater’s instructions. For outdoor models, the exterior may need periodic care depending on the materials and finish. We’ll explain the care requirements for your model so you can keep it looking good and ready to enjoy.
